That paid portal is best understood as a statewide case-detail access channel, while the Circuit Clerk is still the records custodian for local certified copies.
Public Access for Hale County Court Records

Restricted Hale County Court Records
Not every Hale County court record is open to a public name search. Juvenile Court is a District Court division for delinquency, CHINS, and dependency matters involving children under 18, and Ala.
